Naughty Pushball is a XXX take on the game of pushball. Basically, there's a grid with 12 numbers on it, and you knock a ball at various angles, bouncing it around until it comes to a rest. You'll take turns playing against this girl, and if you score a higher number than her, you win that round. For each time you win, she'll strip down and let you see more and more of her wonderful figure until she's fully nude.
