In Alternative Family, you live what can only be described as an ordinary life. A long-lost friend contacts you, asking if you could house him and his family. A war was going on, and his entire family had to leave their home. You agree to give your friend and his family a place to stay, but that's when things take a turn. What follows is less about your friend and more about people you once knew coming out of the woodwork. It's nice to see these people from your past, but the challenging part is trying to fit them into your current life. Sometimes old friends should stay in the past and leave the present alone as you're about to find out.
